Airtel has reached two million broadband user milestone in India this week, and the countrys major teleco is celebrating this achievement by offering Airtel broadband users free additional data and content benefits on their existing plans.

With the free additional data called "Airtel Surprises" customers can get up to 125GB free data per month for life at no extra cost. This varies depending on the plan. For example, users with 4Mbps plan with 175GB FUP (fair usage policy) will get 125GB of additional data totaling 300GB, whereas a 40Mbps connection with 200GB FUP gets only 50GB additional data.
Airtel broadband users can avail the free data by l ogging on to http://ift.tt/2kIdFhB, and enter the landline number or broadband id to get free data every month.
In addition to the free broadband data, Airtel broadband customers will also get free access to Airtel Movies, which has a collection of over 10,000 movies and TV shows.
